How it all began...

This revelation inspired Arnfrid Beier to put together a series of workshops with Eileen Birkenhead. The workshops are based on Mindfulness Meditation practice and
- use writing as a resource for positive change in our lives
- let us look at moments in our lives
- enable us to take a moment to recognise where we are
- aim to familiarise people with a new self-reflective approach to writing
- offer an opportunity to gain insight into how our minds work
